Hi Everyone,

Thanks for your support and helping me acheive my goal of serving with Global Volunteers in Tutova, Romania.  As many of you know, I spent two short weeks last Thanksgiving at Tutova's Pediatric Recovery Clinic.  The work that Global Volunteers and the volunteers is critical to the development of these abandoned and sick babies.

The babies usually arrive at the clinic shortly after birth, malnourished and sometimes with other birth defects from lack of pre-natal care.  The volunteers assist the nurses and staff with feeding, changing, and most importantly, holding and nurturing these babies.  Without the volunteers, there would not be enough hands to hold and stimulate the babies for proper growth and development.  Global Volunteers is celebrating 10 years of service this year in Tutova and has sent thousands of volunteers to love and hold these children.

With your help, I would love to return to Romania!  Most of you know that I am often referred to as the Baby Whisperer or Auntie Tina, and I have truly found my calling by helping these children.  You may think it is too heartbreaking to volunteer in these conditions but it is actually the opposite.  Your heart will open and the the unconditional love you receive from these children will change your life forever!  Please contribute if you can and forward to any of your friends or family that would be interested in donating!!  (50% of all donations are tax-deductible).
